    I have run numerous ultramarathons and have found that despite my limited success and experience that my nutrition and hydration plans were always failing me. After my last performance, I decided that I needed to create an app that allowed me to have a dialed in, personal plan for my next race to help me live up to my full potential. I ha

    I have run numerous ultramarathons and have found that despite my limited success and experience that my nutrition and hydration plans were always failing me. After my last performance, I decided that I needed to create an app that allowed me to have a dialed in, personal plan for my next race to help me live up to my full potential. I have a background as a Certified Nutrition Coach and feel that my combination of nutrition background and actively running ultras allows me a unique ability to help people.

    I believe that running offers far more benefits than the obvious cardiovascular benefits and that the number one thing holding people back is a lack of knowledge in terms of hydration and nutrition. My vision with this app is to offer runners, and future runners, an easy to access and understand platform to help them achieve their goals.

     Race OS is a new platform that aims to revolutionize the way people run races by ensuring runners have a solid nutrition, hydration, and pacing plan tailored specifically to their next race! It was created to fill the gaps in understanding nutrition, hydration, and pacing through a personalized plan to ensure a minimal likelihood of cramping, bonking, or blowing up during the race.
